Application rules
Completion applications
If your completion raises suspicion among several trusted people (moderators), it may not be counted. Your account will not be banned — you can keep submitting completions on the site. When a public decision is needed on whether to count a completion, a community vote is created from the related application.
List ideology
I want to remind once again that the ideology of AivanCrate is that the top should contain only levels made by Aivan.
Any level that was not built by Aivan, or in which Aivan did not take part, is considered an ideological violation of the list.
As very rare and selective exceptions, some non-Aivan levels may still be added. They serve merely as a supplement — not as the foundation of the list, and not as something AivanCrate players should treat as the norm.
The idea of the site does not allow accepting other people’s levels at scale. This is done extremely rarely. So if the answer to “Will this level be on AivanCrate?” is “no”, it is because the concept of the site cannot be broken by taking a large number of foreign levels one after another.
Regulation on level inclusion criteria
Edition of 24 March 2026. Approved by the project owner — Aivan.
This Regulation defines the conceptual framework, procedure, and criteria for adding levels to the AivanCrate list.
AivanCrate is not a Global List / Pointercrate / ILL / UDL type list, where any levels by any creators may theoretically be included under generic internal rules. AivanCrate uses a different content model and a different selection philosophy.
The site was originally created as an archive and information system for Aivan’s levels. As of this edition, about 98% of levels in the list fully belong to Aivan; Aivan personally contributed to each of them in at least one of: gameplay, decoration, verification, concept and authorial aura.
Gameplay and decoration can technically be made by many creators. The key condition for review is fitness with the aura of Aivan’s world and with the creative concept of AivanCrate.
AivanCrate is a product of Aivan’s authorial world, not a universal public platform for large-scale community submissions.
1. Review priority
Levels are added under four categories: Category I has the highest priority, Category IV the lowest.
If there are grounds for a higher-priority path, a level may be moved to a higher category or added in a simplified manner by Aivan’s decision.
2.1. Category I — no extra expert checks or voting
The level is above the baseline requirements of Categories II, III, and IV.
The level fully belongs to Aivan and is included without extra formal procedures, at Aivan’s discretion.
The level contains direct participation by Aivan.
The level must not have a negative reputation for building quality and verification, in Aivan’s opinion and in the opinion of AivanCrate participants. The final decision is always Aivan’s.
Levels by people Aivan knows in real life may pass a simplified review at Aivan’s discretion.
Note 1. Direct participation means participation recognized and confirmed by Aivan himself.
Note 2. Indirect participation means other creators independently using Aivan’s name, style, or ideological symbols without Aivan’s direct involvement.
2.2. Category II — only after a vote
The level mostly reflects Aivan’s style: gameplay, decoration, and Aivan’s aura. Failing even one of these under Aivan’s standards disqualifies Category II and above.
Levels by people Aivan knows through online communication may be reviewed more softly: the higher Aivan’s personal trust and positive attitude toward the author, the easier the review may be.
Voting is organized in the AivanCrate community. Until site voting exists, votes run in the Telegram channel and Discord server. The subject is adding the level to the list or ignoring it. Dates are set by Aivan.
2.3. Category III — after Aivan’s extra subjective review
Aivan participated indirectly (see Note 2 above).
The level fails to reflect exactly one of the three components of Aivan’s style.
The level does not yet have a victor.
The review is done by Aivan personally. Close and long-term project participants may be involved at Aivan’s discretion.
2.4. Category IV — grounds for refusal
The level has nothing in common with the AivanCrate concept.
The level is star-rated. Exception: if it was already on AivanCrate and received stars later, it may stay unless other removal grounds appear.
Aivan has an extremely negative attitude toward the level.
The level is not published on the game servers.
Low-effort content is not accepted, including empty short levels, absurd impossible levels, and stolen levels.
The creator is not registered on the site. A collab may be accepted if the host is registered.
One of the creators has a bad reputation in the AivanCrate community, or Aivan refuses levels from that author.
Any prohibitive rules from the Telegram channel, the site Rules tab, or the AivanCrate Discord server are violated.
3. How to propose a level
As of 24 March 2026 the site has no built-in request to include a level. Until that exists, preliminary proposals go through the official AivanCrate Telegram channel/chat and Discord server.
Final provisions
This Regulation is in force from 24 March 2026 until a new edition is approved. It may be revised at Aivan’s initiative if the list concept, internal rules, or review procedure change.
Follow the current edition in official project channels. Timing of review, voting, and the final decision depends on Aivan’s availability.
